Welcome to Westchase, an upper middle class community that is
home to some of the most spoiled kids this side of millions.
It's too small to be without real rich people, and too big to for them to
stand out, so if you look hard there are some genuinely
wealthy people mingling with the upper middle class. This is the
place kids drive convertible BMWs and carry anything from
Coach to Gucci, and nothing less than that, where there's nothing to
do but make babies, watch movies, and go to the beach....
to make babies and get wasted. But this community of Tampa, Florida
is bursting with characters just dying to unleash on
the entire city. Where the wealthy, and the wannabe wealthy play,
and everyone else wants to play. Where spoiled people say
goodbye to responsibility and the real world. Will Tampa ever be the
same? Where do you fit in? What will come of
